Prayer for Today

Lord, I come before you this morning with a grateful heart. Thank you for the gift of this new day, for the breath in my lungs, and for your unfailing mercies that greet me each dawn. I acknowledge that every moment is a blessing from your hand. As I step into this day, I ask for your guidance and wisdom. Help me to see you in the details of my life—in the faces of those I meet, in the work before me, and in the quiet moments of reflection. Guard my heart from worry and fear, and fill my mind with your truth. Let every decision I make today reflect my love for you and my desire to live as your light in this world.
