Prayer for Pregnancy

Father, my body is hurting and I'm bringing this pain to you. I ask for your healing touch on this broken place. I believe in your power to restore and renew, even when healing seems impossible. But I also understand that sometimes healing takes time, and sometimes it looks different than I expected. Help me to be patient with my body as it mends. Give me wisdom about the care it needs. Surround me with medical professionals and loved ones who support my recovery. More than physical healing, heal my heart. Heal the anxiety that comes with illness. Heal any shame or frustration I feel about my limitations. Help me to find meaning in this struggle and to lean into your presence. I trust you, even when the path forward is unclear. Amen.

Lord, I know that anxiety often stems from a belief that I must figure everything out and control outcomes. Help me to release this false belief. Help me to trust that life unfolds as it should, even when I don't understand why. Help me to focus on what I can actually control—my effort, my attitude, my choices—and to accept what I cannot control with grace. Remind me that uncertainty is part of being human, and it's okay not to have all the answers. You do, and that's enough. Thank you for carrying me through difficult seasons. Help me move through this one with courage. Amen.
