Lord, I come to you today seeking your blessing upon a prayer for god to refine you like gold. Help me to trust in your perfect plan and find peace in your presence. Guide my steps and open my heart to your will. Thank you for your endless grace and compassion. Amen.

Father, my body is hurting and I'm bringing this pain to you. I ask for your healing touch on this broken place. I believe in your power to restore and renew, even when healing seems impossible. But I also understand that sometimes healing takes time, and sometimes it looks different than I expected. Help me to be patient with my body as it mends. Give me wisdom about the care it needs. Surround me with medical professionals and loved ones who support my recovery. More than physical healing, heal my heart. Heal the anxiety that comes with illness. Heal any shame or frustration I feel about my limitations. Help me to find meaning in this struggle and to lean into your presence. I trust you, even when the path forward is unclear. Amen.
