Prayer for a Good Day

Father, as I wake to this new morning, I feel the weight of yesterday still clinging to me. My mind is restless, my heart a bit anxious about what lies ahead. But I'm choosing to trust you with it all. Help me to quiet my racing thoughts and remember that you are in control. Give me the courage to face whatever this day brings, knowing that I don't face it alone. Calm my nervous system, settle my spirit, and remind me of your gentle presence. Let this day be marked by peace—not because everything will be perfect, but because you are with me through it all. Guide my steps, guard my words, and help me to extend grace to myself and others.
