Open my eyes to the evidence of your faithfulness in my life. Remind me of times you've come through for me. Help me to trust that you will continue to do so. Guard my mind from spiral thinking. When worry tries to take hold, help me to ground myself in reality and in your promises. Give me the gift of peace that surpasses understanding. Amen.
