Lord, I know that anxiety often stems from a belief that I must figure everything out and control outcomes. Help me to release this false belief. Help me to trust that life unfolds as it should, even when I don't understand why. Help me to focus on what I can actually control—my effort, my attitude, my choices—and to accept what I cannot control with grace. Remind me that uncertainty is part of being human, and it's okay not to have all the answers. You do, and that's enough. Thank you for carrying me through difficult seasons.
