Prayer When The Church Has Hurt You

Lord, I come to you today seeking your blessing upon a prayer when spiritual leaders let you down. Help me to trust in your perfect plan and find peace in your presence. Guide my steps and open my heart to your will. Thank you for your endless grace and compassion. Amen.

Ease my pain. Restore my strength. But more importantly, help me to feel your presence with me in this. Help me to not feel abandoned or punished, but rather held and cared for by a loving God. Help me to find moments of peace amidst the discomfort. Give my medical team wisdom and skill. Protect me from despair and help me to maintain hope. Thank you for your compassion toward my suffering. Amen.
