Prayer for The Holy Spirit

Lord, I come before You today with a simple, honest request. I need Your Holy Spirit. I need His presence in my life, His guidance in my decisions, and His comfort in my heart. Thank You that You don't require elaborate words or perfect prayers—You simply ask that I come. I believe that Jesus died and rose again, and I ask that You fill me with Your Holy Spirit today. Help me to sense His nearness, to recognize His gentle promptings, and to trust His leading. I want to experience the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness—flowing through me into the lives of those around me. Breathe new life into my faith. Renew my strength and my confidence in You. I surrender my doubts and my fears, and I open my heart to receive all that You long to give me. Thank You for never leaving me. Thank You for the Holy Spirit who intercedes for me when I don't know what to pray. Fill me afresh today. Amen.

You are faithful to complete the good work You've begun in us. I declare that Your Holy Spirit is real, powerful, and eager to come into our lives. He is not withheld from those who genuinely seek You. Your faithfulness spans every season—the mountaintops and the valleys, the moments of clarity and the seasons of confusion. I trust that You are faithful to provide what You promise. You are faithful to guide us into all truth. You are faithful to comfort us, empower us, and transform us from the inside out.
